You cannot call the shop directly. They only have a “customer care line”. I was delayed on a flight and tired to ask them if they could work me in. Don’t have much hair and it would have taken them 10 minutes. In a wedding tomorrow. The “agent” could care less. Don’t use this place. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

Nice local barber shop for a good haircut. Good environment and kid friendly. Angelo is very nice and makes you look great. A little expensive for just a haircut though, but yet again it’s Basking Ridge.

Extremely rude and bizarre service. Went for a simple haircut on Veterans Day, Nov 11, 2016 at 10AM and the proprietor (pictured on the website) was cutting someone’s hair and a younger man was waiting. The younger man asked me to sit, but was difficult to communicate with as he was mumbling quite a bit. I didn’t mind as I wasn’t there for a conversation, but a hair cut. After about 15 minutes, he was finished (used a machine on the sides and I requested scissor cut on top). While inspecting the cut, I had to ask multiple times for the mirror to see the back, and then when I mentioned one side burn was a bit diagonal, the owner tells me “You’re done, it’s a great hair cut, leave and never come back”. I was taken aback, as was the other customer that was there. It seems as if 15 minutes is too much to ask for at this barbershop, and definitely not worth $20 for the lack of service and skill.
