Ive been attending massage sessions with Nikki the owner of South County massage and coaching for just over a year now. I meet with her probally every three weeks. Before going to her I only had a couple of massages in my lifetime. Over the past year she has helped me keep my mind and my body running as well as it possibly can. Nikki has helped me rehab a back injury, referred me to a chiropractor when it was needed, and provided me with an experience that not only treats my body but treats my mental health. Her intergration of treating the mind and the body simultaneously through massage and talk therapy has changed my life. I’m definitely a better person for being a client of hers.
