She gives you all the tips and tricks and she patiently takes the time to go over everything with you. She is VERY knowledgeable with the different colors and what would best suit you. I have been to multiple other locations and I love this company as a whole but this location.. I must say needs some TLC. Each time i’ve come in to tan it’s been really dirty.. from the floors in the rooms and the hallways to the mirrors and the trash never being taken out. the bathroom trash can has been full for days now. Don’t get me wrong I have seen worse businesses with cleanliness but compared to the other South Beach locations i’ve been to this one is neglected.

I came to the salon at 8:50 PM. They close at 9 PM. I would’ve been up there earlier had there not been a major accident on the corner of Trinity and Mitchell which I explained to the girl with blond hair working behind the desk tonight. She said I’m sorry, we are no longer do any spray tans for the night. There’s already a girl in there and the other boothis broken! well thanks very much! I have plans for the night and I haven’t been up there in two months because my dad passed away. Really appreciate the kindness!

Been a customer for a while, and it was always a great experience.Then I didn’t have enough money for November and told them I will not be tanning that month. Then I went on the 29th and the 30th and paid $47.77 and then on the 1st they tried to debit me again. I asked what’s going on, was told I cannot get a refund because I went the LAST TWO DAYS of the month and was never told it wouldn’t be prepaid for December. Because of this, and the refusal to work out the misunderstanding I will never go back and they have lost a customer for life.Dec 8: STILL TRYING TO TAKE $47.77!!!! Dec 12: Still attempting to withdraw.Dec 18: THEY TRIED TO TAKE MY MONEY AGAINDec 20: AGAIN. It’s like talking to the wall.And my account is supposedly closed now. Thank God for email notifications!Incredible. Now I have to report my card stolen and endure a week of headaches while waiting for the new card to arrive.Whoever the regional manager is should be fired, she is a terrible manager.
