Lauren is the most knowledgeable and the sweetest girl, it’s always a pleasure to walk into a place and the first thing you see is a happy smiling person greet you as you just had a long day. My membership was located out of the Riverview location and I’ve never had any issues with developing relationships with the girls locally. I had to reach out to Brittany the so-called “District Manager” from the Bradenton location who could really stand to learn some customer service and people skills. Extremely nasty. Before I could even express my concern completely I was cut off multiple times and was told there was nothing that could be done. Went to my bank and found it was corrected within 20 mins. Local Riverview girl called and politely told me I was refunded. Then 5 mins later I got another call from Brittany (because the first call wasn’t enough and she had to chime in) to advise me that the refund was processed (thought there was nothing that could be done?) and then she began to go on and on about my “behavior” (which is laughable) so I just had to hang up. I went back and forth on writing this negative review but I have had a good experience with the local Riverview girls and I’m sure the owner Ray is a decent person but they really should get rid of this bad seed that makes this company look so bad. Thanks Ray for fixing my account.
