The staff is knowledgeable of the beds they offer, they have all the pricing listed on the counter, for clients to be able to see what they’re signing up for. They will provide you with a tour around the salon, and explain each bed to you. They have a large selection of tanning lotions. Friendly staff!! Tanning

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Literally all of the beds have bulbs out and something is always wrong with the Versa. They’re always saying the owners are going to come and fix it, but they never do. The owners are clearly negligent. A lot of the girls are annoying, trying to be overly friendly to get me to buy something. I’d rather them shut up and just check me in. Literally recommend any other tanning salon than this one. The worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Literally all of the beds have bulbs out and something is always wrong with the Versa. They’re always saying the owners are going to come and fix it, but they never do. The owners are clearly negligent. The biggest problem at this location is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to check-in and pay. They should really consider investing in an updated POSale system to fix this. They also spend a lot of time trying to pitch their products/packages.

Just signed up here tonight and had a great experience with Brittany. I didnt know what membership to choose and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she showed me around and talked to me about the different beds and rates. I didnt like how 2 of the beds were down not sure how long that’s gonna take to fix but of course those are the beds I signed up for so it’s just a inconvenience. Seems pretty cleaned and well organized here so I hope it stays this way.

The staff are professional and courteous, the manager is simply the best, and the salon is kept very clean. So why only two stars? They don’t change the tanning bulbs! I have reported bulbs out in level three (3) and level two (2) beds for over two months now. Each time I am reassured the owners will be replacing bulbs the following week – this never occurs. I will be asking for a refund soon if they can’t afford to change the bulbs. This is quite disenchanting because this would be a five star review provided they maintained the beds.

The employees are always welcoming and actually….SMILE! I enjoy coming to this place. I haven’t waited any longer than 7mins for a bed/spray. Bathroom is clean,freshly stocked. Beds and stand-ups are VERY clean. I always see the employees cleaning or helping a customer.
