Critical: QualityI often visit the area & tan/spray frequently so I thought I’d give you guys a shot w/ a spray. The salon was dirty & I had no where to put my things at in the spray room. The employee did tell me that I would come out “freckled” because their bronze did that. I was assured it’d rinse right off. I went with it because I’ve gotta many versa sprays before and the top coat does rinse when I shower. This did not my legs & my feet looked terrible along with my hands that I applied lotion to. I love this place! This is the best place to tan if you wanna get some color. They have great beds, but an even better staff. When I met Hope, who was at the front desk, she made me feel so welcomed. She knew her products, and the beds. But what made my experience different from just another visit to go tanning, was how much Hope helped me. She went out of her way to explain the differences in lotions, and help me find the perfect lotion for me. She treated me as if I was her sister. I can’t thank her enough for being so kind. And she’s the reason that I’m taking my time to write this review. The place is beautiful and clean- the people working there are the friendliest you’ll meet!

I had not been for two months to this place to tan and was charged for 3 consecutive months of tanning costing me almost 300 dollars. When I told them I wanted my money back they told me no even though I had not been. Shame on you people for taking advantage of people especially in times right now and the way things are. I’ve been to two other salons before I moved here and started going to South Beach Tanning Company. The staff here is very professional and friendly! They’re happy to get you straight into a booth or chat for a little bit if you linger at counter (and if they don’t have anyone else to help). I actually enjoy hearing about the specials from them because they explain it briefly but completely. I don’t know how the owners find such wonderful people to work here, but if you’re even debating going somewhere else, just go here once to find out for yourself! Also, the beds are newer, the fans work great on them (I barely sweat, even when I bike ride here), and the place is not swarming with heat when you walk in. It’s practically a spa experience! I love it here!

I went today to get a spray tan for my up coming cruise. The lady at the front was nice and gave me all the information. When I got to the back the machine wouldn’t work. It took the front several minutes for them to get the machine to work. As I waited for her to figure out what was wrong I watched the video to make sure I did it right. I got into the machine and pose just like the video said. When I was done I got out and the lady told me to wait until 10pm to shower. So I waited the 6 hours and then I showered. As I was showering all the tint came off and went down the drain. Also as I was drying off what didn’t go down the drain got all over the hotel’s white towel which I had to pay for. Now I’m out the money and no tan. I do not recommend this company for spray tanning.

This place was very nice at first, but it’s getting worse by the minute. It’s falling apart and is not well taking care of. There are no hooks to hang a purse or jacket in the rooms. The towels are rock hard!!! There are always a couple of bulbs out. (I was told just lay the other way around) The beds are not well-maintained, bulbs are not changed out regularly, it takes a very long time to get a tan. (and I usually tan easily) Employees are unable to tell you which bed had the bulbs changed last. Very very disappointing! Place also is not the cleanest, lots of dust in the corners. The only reason, I give it 2 stars, is because the employess, including manager are very sweet and courteous.

Kennedy is by far the friendliest , funniest , attentive , knowledgeable and most spunkiest butterfly of the bunch there. The place is always clean . Miss Kennedy is rapidly getting tanners in their beds or spraying room. All employees are pleasant and the facility does have warm welcoming environment. I single her out because it just seems that above and beyond comes so natural as a normal pace in her service. Thank you
