I went in tonight and the girl that was working had excellent customer service. It seemed as if she was the only employee and I kinda felt bad for her because there were so many people coming in. Even thought it was so busy she still walked my friend and I to the beds and explained how to work everything. I will definitely be joining the membership and I hope to become really tan after a few sessions.

Although this location is busy due to the proximity to UCF, I choose to continue going because of the staff. Sarah, the manager is so helpful and always smiling. And Maddie & Andrea are great as well. This is my go to location and I dislike having to go to other ones because I’m missing out on the fantastic service that Sarah and her employees provide.

LOVE this place! First off It’s the cleanest salon I have ever been to! Also the girls that work there are always so nice to me and they really know what they are talking about when it comes to tanning. I was never one to use lotion when tanning and the other day when I came to tan the girl working told me all the benefits of using a lotion when tanning. Lets just say she really convinced me to try one and now i’ll never tan without one. Not to mention the awesome specails they always have with lotions. I happened to come in on a Sunday which gave me a free upgrade to their brand new level 2 bed when I purchased the lotion. Which by the way are Amazing!

Half an hour wait each time I’ve tried to tan!!! I only tan maybe twice a week, but I’ve now had to walk out without being tanned twice, two weeks in a row! This place needs to take appointments or have a computer for customers to check themselves in at. This place is always packed and they only have ONE person working!? I’ve tried to ask for a bed to be reserved but they say they dont take appointments! Beware they have a $50 cancellation fee to cancel your 6 month contract if you’re sick of paying for a service you can’t even use

The first time that I walked into a tanning salon I walked into this location and.. FELL. IN. LOVE. I was only there for my best friend who was spray tanning with what is called the Versa Spa and she looks phenomenal the next morning. It was such an easy process and the staff made me feel such at home. I’ve been tanning here ever since!!
