Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had previously cancelled my membership because of all the tanning salons Ive been to, after 3 months I was not getting anywhere here. I relocated for work and went in today after cancelling my membership. But I still had to use what I was charged this month for…. Miss Haley made me change my mind. She looked at my history and showed me why I wasn’t getting where I wanted to be with my tan. She gave me an actual tanning plan to see how this month would go. Let me just say that previously I do not appreciate being upsold and not told how to get the best out of my membership, lotion and tans. This girl is a breath of fresh air and I am very appreciative that she took the time out of her schedule to get me where I need to be in my tan. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to SBT in Lake Mary for 5 plus years. Karlie and staff are very informative and sweet. The bulbs on all beds are changed frequently. Very clean. The only downfall is the parking. Not their fault. I would recommend SBT Lake Mary to everyone.Service: Tanning

Absolutely love this company and this location! The staff is always so welcoming and sweet every time i come in here. Their spray tan booth is AMAZING!! I also mainly do the tanning beds and i love it. Best bulbs, best tanning lotion, and always getting the best results! Ive never had a problem with management or the lovely girls that work for this company for the past years ive been going there. I wouldnt go to any other tanning salons, this one is by far the best with the results and fare pricing! 🙂

Front desk girls are extremely rude, unprofessional, horrible attitudes. Non stop gossiping, every time I walk in they’re talking about customers. Always either eating at the front desk, or on their phones. Always blatantly flirting with ANY/EVERY man who walks through the front door. Horrible turnover, do not recommend. Many reviews mentioning how unprofessional your staff is, make a change. Been going here for nearly a decade, getting worse. Unfortunately, not many options in area, or I would have left yrs ago. Have visited other local locations & out of state. LM location by FAR has the WORST customer service.

I have yet to see an actual adult in this place. Pretty sure they don’t even disinfect the beds in between people because there’s no one to enforce it. The front desk staff are so nice at this location and they are always running great specials! You can tell the staff really enjoy their job, they are always smiling and friendly. The beds are always clean and in good condition, the wait is never long and they have a wonderful selection of lotions with the knowledge to help you pick the best one for your skin type and tanning desires.

Staff still can’t get my name right, always trying to make money off me, and wouldn’t even let me come in and spend money without a mask.I went to All Tan Inc in Orange City, FL today and told the owner what happened and not only did she let me in without a mask, she GAVE me a new one to wear and had me sign a form saying if I don’t wear one it’s at my own risk. I signed up for an entire month of level 4 tanning (equivalent to Platinum bed at south beach tan) and red light therapy all for $75/mo.Needless to say South Beach Tan will never make another dollar off me going forward and I will be spending my money at All Tan Inc from now on.The owner is SO nice, understanding, friendly, and professional.P.S. they are also remodeling soon and I am so excited for them.I have going to South Beach Tan in Lake Mary for over a year now and have had horrible experiences there.
