Terrible customer service! I canceled my membership. They always have issues with the beds in the level you are currently in and want to charge to upgrade you because of something that is the buisnesses fault. I already pay enough to be at a higher level and the beds never seem to work . Plus i asked a blonde girl who works there her name when i had this problem, and she answered.. “ i dont have to give you my name “… REALLY! Hire some professionals!!

I was in an upcoming wedding and decided to follow the bride in getting a tan. For her this was a location close to her house. I have tanned before in the past. With that in mind I was pleasantly surprised at this south beach. It is very clean, up to date, with great machines. The best part is the staff. Now I do have my favorites (and they know who they are ) however, ALL the staff rocks. They are the highlight of my day. They smile, are sweet and professional, they know their products, and they do their job RIGHT!!!! I have been at other locations where they just lack in personalities.. This Manager does an AMAZING job with staffing.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. it is nice to have a good attitude these days.. So even though this location is out of my way.. it is WELL worth the drive.. Best ten minutes of my day!!!

I am new to tanning and the few times I’ve been here the staff has been wonderful. Beds are clean and well maintained. I haven’t been in a tanning salon since the early 2000s and used to hate every second. I thought I’d be all gross and sweaty after tanning but not at all. It’s so relaxing with the fans and music.
