Update #2: Location closed from Sept 24th through the 30th. Paid for one month, only able to use 3 weeks. Response to inquiry on if credit will be given for lost days is “no, we can’t control the hurricane.” Except Alachua County public schools only closed Weds through Friday, 28th-30th and majority of businesses open 30th. In response to owner asking to email client care, this was already done last week and still zero response on their end. If you want to pay an exorbitant amount to tan compared to competitors with inferior beds, old bulbs, and also have 20% plus of your monthly membership be unable to be used due to random closures not even listed on Facebook page or anywhere but their front door, please use this location.

I had the best experience today with the Manager! She educated me on how to get the best quality tan. I have been tanning here for three months and have gotten an amazing base tan. I am currently four days away from my cruise and asked for help getting my tan deeper. She had great advice and recommended awesome products! I can’t wait to build my tan and enjoy being tan in the Bahamas!

The manager Diane is very unprofessional and rude. She talks over you and could careless what you have to say. I will be closing out my membership due to her. I’ve been a member for about 17 years and I’ve never had so many unauthorized charges out of my checking account. So watch your money! I’ve witnessed her in arguments with three other clients about their accounts. I’ve had to wait several minutes to tan while she was talking to her divorce attorney on the phone or gossiping with the person in front of me. When I asked to speak with the owners she said” you can only speak to him through me”. I will not give them another penny until she is no longer employed.

Critical: ProfessionalismNew manager “Diane” is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for help about my account and she would not let me talk and interrupted me when I was talking. She acted like she had no time for me and couldn’t care less about my problem. Her employee gave me false information about my payment causing me to be over charged and yet she says that’s my fault. The manager is very helpful. I have a really bad skin allergy and she went out of her way to make sure that the cleaning solution and the tanning lotion was okay to use on my skin.

Great 12-20 minutes for a quick nap or relaxing “thinking time”. Always clean. Longer open hours would be nice, especially on weekends but overall great place to tan! Tanning

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am very disappointed with this south beach location & service right now! I’ve tanned here for many years with no problems but this time I’ve been told they’re very short staffed so they’re often closed when they’re supposed to be open. It’s very frustrating when you drive all the way there just for the doors to be locked with no explanation! The other location is very inconvenient to be being it’s a 40 minute drive. I don’t appreciate my money being taken when I don’t get the service I paid for please either get more staff or close the business completely, I know I don’t have money to give away! If this doesn’t change soon I’m demanding a refund.
