I love going there. It’s my relaxation spot. All the girls are super sweet and anyone who says different must of came in with attitude and thats just simply hard to ignore…plus everyone has a bad day. The beds are always clean and even the one time I started the bed but then realized I left my phone charger plugged in and ran out real fast and I even told the girl working and she was so cool about things and even restarted my time. Love these girls…keep up the great attitudes good work!!!

I moved here 3 months ago from Berks County after being a Baja Beach member for 3 years and tanning regularly. I came here to SB and immediately signed up for 3 months and am now on my 4th month and appear to be getting significantly paler. My make up does not even match my skin tone anymore. I have the level 3 package for about $40 a month and it feels like it does nothing. The price point is similar to what I have paid at other salons but you can really tell the bulbs are not changed frequently enough here. I’m losing color and the beds feel warm at best. Pretty disappointed in what I get for the dollar. Wish there were better options in the area.

I first had a bad experience on the phone however, when I went to check the place out and tan to see if It actually worked, It was a great experience. I also thought the girls who worked their were very pleasant, After reading some of the comments of others suggesting that the girls were snobs. I found that to be untrue. They treated me just fine. The beds are GREAT and for me that’s tough to say because I tan very easily and most beds I go to do not tan me at all unless I go for a month at a time. I’ve gone twice now and have a great base tan.

I love the facility, it’s always clean. Some of the employees can be snobby towards the customers, but I’ve also had girls/guys there that are very nice and helpful. I like their selection of beds and the fact that they’re open later than Caribbean Tan.

The prices were reasonable and the salon was very relaxing. Just know the beds do not open automatically nor do they have call buttons. Make sure the attendant knows you may need help getting out. The product selection is wonderful.

I signed up for a 3 month membership without being given the full details. I began my membership in February and tried to cancel May. After I was told I could not cancel May and that I had to come into the salon to cancel, I then made a trip to the salon and was told I could not cancel May but could cancel June. I was not given a paper to sign to cancel for June assuming I just had to come into the salon and cancel before June. On May 30, I went into the salon to cancel my membership and was told I needed to give a 30 day notice to cancel a membership and was informed that the “management” could not do anything about the uninformed staff that helped me over a month ago who never had me sign a paper for cancellation. So I paid for 4 months of tanning and I assume there will be a reason to pay for a 5th the way this salon works. Will not be going back and will not recommend.
