Critical: Professionalism, QualityI tanned here a few years back and I absolutely LOVED my experience. The staff was friendly, the salon was always so clean and smelling fresh, the staff were educated on their products and equipment and just made my lunch break very enjoyable!!But recently I came back to get some color and enjoy a few minutes out of my day. The two girls I remember no longer work there and I was really displeased with the way the staff treated me. It was almost like I was an inconvenience for them when I walked in. Products were slim and they only had 3 working beds that looked half way put together. Sad to see such a great place of business go soooo downhill over the last year. Someone needs to look into the management over this place because something is seriously wrong! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery friendly and clean enviroment ! The staff is always so nice when I come in . I love that the staff remembers my name , and that they have knowledge on all the products ! All the beds are nice , and I also love getting spray tans ! Would definitely recommend coming here !Service: Tanning

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySeveral times I have gone into this place and everytime I have gotten a different treatment. First time I went in the place, I was treated kindly and not asked to wear a mask. Second time I went in I was asked to wear a mask but rudely. Third time I went and bought some lotion and nobody was wearing a mask. The girl sold me some lotion that she swore would not make me orange or she would fix it. Well it made me orange. I tried to bring it back, after spending 89$ on lotions and they would not take it back.
