Critical: PunctualityI got really excited when I found a “1 week free tanning” coupon, cashed it in because they are open till 8 and had a ok first tan. The place is clean and better then I thought it would be. There is no clock inside the booth to give you a count down so you just have to guess and there was only one woman at the front desk so when I left it was just awkward walking out. Now I give them a 1* after that issue because….I got the coupon because they are open until 8 which I can’t get there before 7 so IT WAS PWRFECT!!! Until I was trying to establish my coat and they close early- so no one was there my base is ruined because it has been 2.5 days now and I am super pale. Just overall the experience is not good- I would have liked a heads up about the closing time when I first came in and mentioned I can only make late times. Started my unlimited monthly today, first time here. The blonde young lady in front was friendly and thorough in explaining the packages and process. I was surprised to find goggles on the bed free for me to use. Nice touch! Everything was clean and easy. Happy! 🙂 🙂

Nice tanning salon, good pricing, however, one of the employees at the front desk is extremely rude. She has never once been friendly with me or anyone I have witnessed going in. She once even went as far as taking the mints off the counter so that my 4 year old couldn’t take any. Whoever owns this place should seriously consider re staffing. They will surely lose business with people this rude. The attitude I get when I walk into this business as a paying patron totally discouraged me from returning after my package is fulfilled.

I just want you to know that i am the person who calls to tell someone how happy i am with a product. Today i went into South Beach looking for a package for myself and my daughter who is an E S U student With no other greeting I was asked what my last name was and then coldly told there were no deals for me or my daughter.This is not how you greet potential customers. Terrible experience. I wont give my money to rude a business.

I have been tanning here for a few months and i have actually made it game to be extra nice to the girls at the counter just to see if i can get one of them to crack a smile or ackowledge that i am a human being (and paying customer). You can walk into this salon with the biggest smile on your face and the girl that works there will appear as though she is about to set all the cars in the parking lot on fire and run around in a blaze of superiority (all while keeping iPhone in hand). I suggest that the owner put up cameras for a day just to see how these girls are treating your customers.All jokes aside, i continue going to Southbeach for the good deals and nice beds but any interaction with the employees is extremly uncomfortable to say the least.. Incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Have never gotten a greeting, smile, or a look straight in the eye.
