South Beach Tan Club has made me very happy! Besides tanning the offer teeth whitening & spray tans. The spray tans are custom & don’t make you orange! I love the teeth whitening for special events or just a boost. They have a good size collection of tanning lotion bottles & sample packets. If they don’t have what you like they can order it for you. My favorite part is the monthly EFT, because I get FREE upgrades on Saturday & Sunday!

I have never been tanning before but wanted to pick it up, I showed up on a whim and spoke with the two girls behind the counter. They were both polite and knowledgeable. The inside of the business was clean and smelled amazing! I completely recommend this place for beginners and seasoned tanners!

Pretty frustrated with how they treat there customers. I showed up at 2:50pm and they close at 3pm on Sundays. The owner said they close at 3pm so they would not take me. In my opinion if the business closes at 3pm you should be taking your last customer at 3pm. You own a business you should not be expecting to get out and close right at 3pm. This is poor customer service.

Have been tanning more on than off for around 23 years. Am loyal to places where I’m treated well, and have stayed with the last four salons ’til they closed the doors. Will stay with Palm Beach as long as funds allow (am on a fixed income). Staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Equipment is the best I’ve used. And it’s incredible how far the products have come. I’d recommend Palm Beach for year-round tanning, in the winter as light therapy, getting a base tan for vacation, or for a wedding or Prom.

I went today for the first time. I read some reviews on here a few weeks before I decided to go, there are no other tanning salons in Wadsworth. Several reviews included complaints that the staff was rude and the customer service was not good. This is so far from the truth, the ladies working there were friendly and very informative. I bought a package and went back later to tan, when I arrived the salon was busy but both ladies greeted me and were very friendly. I did have to wait for a few minutes but they got me in as quickly as possible. I was very satisfied with the bed and the cleanliness. I am happy that I didn’t let those negative reviews keep me away!!
