She is super accommodating, professional, and talented. I have pretty stubborn hair and really sensitive skin and she is extremely quick AND still extremely efficient making the process smooth and as pain free as possible. I’ve been to other people who leave my skin raw from going over it so many times, but never with Renee. I genuinely look forward to my monthly meet ups with her as she’s fun to talk to as well and she’s really helpful when you have questions or need tips/tricks or advice for skincare and hair removal questions. She pays close attention to detail and I’ve never been dissatisfied leaving her spa. The spa is super cute, relaxing, extremely clean, and I always feel comfortable when I’m there which is important. The lady who did my brows was very nice, friendly, and cool. That said, the next day I noticed that I had tons of scarring on my eyebrows. She took off a lot of my skin and left me with some very bad marks. I’m so disappointed and upset for its so noticeable. Even my husband asked me what happened and why there was so much scarring. I came here for I was in a pinch and it was close but I do not recommend especially considering I paid over $60 for my services.

You should come here. Her place is extremely welcoming and clean. You walk into the spot, and you feel all types of good zen vibrations. On top of that, she is very thorough. She doesn’t miss an area and after my Brazillian…I always feel so smooth. Plus, she has this delicious smelling oil and sugar scrub that feels amazing when you use it on the skin. I was so impressed with the quality of her work and the lashes (no glue showed at all) , they look and feel natural and that is what I wanted. The scheduling online process is easy and sends reminders. Super close parking is metered before 6pm. The location is a rented room in a salon, so if you are expecting a ‘spa’ experience then you may want to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a good sugaring, then you found your match.

When I came to her place I was warmly greeted by her; I told her wanted to have really natural lashes. Renee took her time to make me feel comfortable and explained the entire process in great detail. During my appointment there, I relaxed away to some really jammin’ music-which I love!! . After she was done, I was AMAZED at how natural they looked, my eyes didn’t sting with the product she uses! Renee is very talented and detail-oriented. She is a keeper; I am definitely going to go see her again!

Renee at South Bay Waxing & Sugaring Spa is wonderful!!! I originally went to Renee when I purchased a special groupon. I had gotten a brazilian sugaring a few years ago and it was a great experience, however I had to drive an hour to get it. So, I was looking for someone who was comparable in price, sensitivity, and location. I found all of that when I met Renee!! She is a great lady. She is super sensitive and in tune with you and your needs. She takes her time and is very precise in ensuring that you are satisfied. She is flexible in her scheduling and makes the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I even got a free pair of pretty panties on my first visit. I would recommend Renee and the Sugaring Spa to any lady who is experienced or new to sugaring. She is gentle and will make the experience comfortable for you.
