Receptionists Michelle and Stephanie are so sweet! They’re always so accommodating despite my busy schedule. Nurse Nicole made me feel so comfortable during my procedure and she was also very sweet. Everyone has been amazing! The staff at the front desk has been super helpful and Melissa was incredible with setting up my first appointment for facial laser hair removal. This was my second time at South Bay Med Spa/ Whittier and each time has been a great experience. The staff makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to answer any and all questions so you can make an informed decision about your procedure. They offer promotions on their products and offer to notify you about future promotions as well. I received fillers on my nasolabial folds and the results are phenomenal. I will be returning for Botox, or something comparable, in a couple of weeks and have recommended this location to friends.

My first experience here was in 2021 when I lived in Whittier, CA and it was great. I’ve since relocated to TX and am now temporarily in San Diego. I drove 120 miles for another treatment rather than risk being unhappy. They are awesome! BOTOX treatments

First of all I want to say that the location is very lux, clean, easy to find and free parking. Now upon entering the Med Spa, the tech Girls in the front were extremely lovely and so helpful with all the questions I had. Also Melissa who applied the numbing cream to my lips gave me a suggestion on which lip filler she liked and I am beyond happy that I went with her suggestion because I am soo happy with the results! The Registered Nurse Nadine who applied my Lip filler, Masseter Botox, and B12 shot was the best! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she is doing. What I also loved is that I went in thinking about different changes I wanted to make with my face such as my nose and she reassured me that my nose is perfectly fine and to leave it alone. When I tell you I wanted to cry of joy. I did when I got home to tell my husband. Lol I guess I became very self conscious about my looks because a previous clinic I went to as soon as I walked in they started pointing out the imperfections on my face. Sorry for the long report. But I’m telling you right now that you won’t be disappointed. 1000% recommend
