Ryan is amazing! After checking all the salon’s reviews around me, I decided to try Source Salon and scheduled an appointment for my birthday to cut my hair. They called me the same day to let me know that the stylist was sick (from the Wilton Manors location) and because of that, they transferred my appointment to the Downtown location. Not even an hour later, they called me again to let me know they didn’t have water… Also, there were no more appointments and I had asked the day off to do my hair. They ruined my plans and only said I’m sorry and happy birthday. Very unprofessional! I was able to find an appointment at Salon Nirvana 954 and it was great. I’m not even planning to give them a chance next time. Don’t waste your time on this place.

To owner: I can assure you, I am, or was, a customer. Haley ruined my hair and it’s a fact. She also has terrible shampooing skills. I always had to wash my hair when arriving home from an appt. because product was always left on my scalp. I didnt even point out in my review that I also had a shirt ruined from the poor shampooing. She is young and has an attitude that matches her own ugly, ruined hair. Is it purple today? .

Isabella was amazing! She had her work cut out for her because I have wavy, frizzy hair and hair extensions that needed to be layered and blended. She took her time, talked with me and listened. I love her work and highly recommend her & definitely will be back. Thank you, Isabella!!! Haircut

Update from owner’s reply- Accusing a woman of being verbally aggressive for bringing to your attention she was left with color on her scalp by the same employee at least three times is petty and disrespectful. Instead of searching my review history you should address your own customer complaints in a professional manner especially when that customer has made every attempt to do so.
