WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! First of all , let me explain. I have been getting massages bi-weekly for 15 years . Koni today was probably the best I have ever had . She took the time and talked with me about problem areas – but that’s not it , during the massage she found the ones I did not tell her about ! And she targeted them . Amazing technique and flow , with on point pressure, and stretching ! I will definitely be a member !! Thank You K!

This is not hand and stone, massage envy or any other chain where they burn and churn you and the therapists. This is a local shop, giving a boutique and personable experience that you won’t get anywhere else. Offering massage (mobile and in studio) and non-traditonal therapeutic services. If I could be quite honest, this was literally the best massage I’ve ever had in life. My entire experience was so peaceful, relaxing and healing. They focused on areas of my body that were tensed, releasing pressure and easing the pain. These beautiful ladies (Koni & Jeid) are amazingly gifted with their craft, touch and energy. I literally was placed into a state of pure ease. I literally fell asleep (snoring might I add… smh)

Today I went it for a Swedish prenatal massage at Sound Mind and Body wellness, not knowing what to expect, but as soon as I met my massage therapist all my worries disappeared. First of all, she was super attentive and thorough to my needs and the delicate condition, and second she is just a sweet and genuine person overall who made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The massage was wonderful, relaxing & just what I needed. I love what the company stands for too: promoting health and wellness into the community, as the crazy world we live in definitely needs more of that. I definitely recommend SM&BW to anyone looking for an amazing experience. It sounds like they also have great packages and even come out to your home for a small extra fee.
