The 60 minute treatment includes a 30 minute guided meditation on a specialized sound table that vibrates the latest evidence-based, healing frequencies from the Sound Healing Institute of San Francisco followed by: 30 minute deep tissue massage or Reiki energy work. (contactless) The sound table is outfitted with 4 subwoofers to deliver relaxing, healing, frequencies to every part of the body to promote cell harmony.
