First timer for my birthday! The location is inconspicuous so you’ll ride right past it if you’re not careful. “K” was on time and professional. She did a great job at explaining everything, she made me feel right at home. The massage and facial was great, she really did a good job of pampering me and keeping me comfortable. After the spa services she gave me a few pointers on skin care. Very enjoyable experience. I will definitely visit again!

I bought a massage through Groupon and I can never get a hold of anyone to schedule. Multiple messages and texts sent with no return call to schedule. My 3 months is almost up so Groupon customer support is doing a refund. I don’t know how this place stays in business when they have no follow through.

ordered a massage from groupon. they never answer the phone so I emailed them. got an appointment via email which i responded to confirm. I took time off from work because they said their hours are on 8-4pm. got to my appointment on time and the door was locked. called the number and left a voicemail. The woman returned my call and said there was a ? near my appointment so she did not think anyone was coming. she also started yelling at me saying she just left. and she proceeded to tell me to call groupon and get your money back. while trying to understand what is happening. I opened my email to see if they sent me an email stating they cancelled. but there was nothing. The woman offered a free massage as an apology and said she would call me back to schedule it…never got a call…very disappointed at the whole experience. will not be buying from groupon again!! lack of professionalism and bad customer service.

This place is a joke! If I could give zero stars I would. First it takes forever to schedule an appointment because they NEVER answer the phone and when I finally schedule an appointment and need to cancel d/t family issues I get the run around. I tried to cancel a week in advance via email bc they don’t answer their phone and got no response until the day before the appointment when they want to charge a cancellation fee. I will NEVER do business here! And you better believe everyone will know about this bad business!

I called several times to set an appt with my Groupon (which expired) and was unable to reach anyone, and when they did answer the phone they said they were closed (Sat. 1:00)and only answer the phone because they were standing next to it.
