I called on a Saturday, was able to book a same day appointment for a 90 minute massage. The person I spoke to was warm and accommodating. When I arrived I felt welcomed, was offered beverages, offered the restroom. Quickly fill out the first timer paperwork. Enjoyed the waiting area, they have plenty of seating surrounding a water/ plant feature. The body work therapist showed me to the room. Instantly I felt comfortable, they asked a few questions about my expectations and prior experiences with massage. I appreciate the communication throughout the whole session and felt heard when the pressure was too intense! I will be booking another appointment! Would definitely recommend!

Selene is awesome! She made me feel comfortable & she’s friendly & she’s my go-to person for waxing services. I had a massage here last year & it was wonderful, too. Products in the shop can sometimes be a bit high but at times it’s worth it. Recommend.

My experience was okay. I got the Soul to Soul massage and I feel that there was a lack of communication from the masseuse. When filling out the questionnaire, I listed some issues that I am having and would like addressed if possible, but she didn’t ask me about anything them. I left feeling a little worse than when I went in and that was kind of disappointing because I was hoping to at least feel relaxed mentally. It was my first time and although I didn’t keep my expectations too high, if didn’t seem like they even really met those.

Soul to soul spa and foot bar in Arcata, CA has the potential to be a 4 -star spa or close to it. My friend and I received massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, all were amazing!!! The staff not only did a phenomenal job quite personable but maintained and abided by Covid 19 procedures!!!

This place is amazing! Sophie did my eye brow shaping and I can honestly say that it was the best eye brow waxing experience I’ve EVER had! It didn’t hurt at all and she was really nice and talkative which I like better than silent sessions. I highly recommend this place!!!
