The massage was too rough. I asked multiple times (4 different times!!) for less pressure but the man didnt understand and continued with too much pressure. He was so forceful he was panting and grunting. It was not enjoyable and my body hurt. Afterwards, I only left a 15% tip because I felt like the man didn’t listen to me. The receptionist was very judgemental about this tip, rolling her eyes and asking for more. Very unprofessional and rude. I should have taken the tip away entirely.

Tom did my 60 minute deep tissue massage. He was very skilled and worked on problem areas as opposed to checking boxes of areas to hit. There was even a bit of streching/reflexology and hot stones involved. You can tell he puts his heart into his work.
