This was my first time getting a facial and I went with the ritual facial! Lauren was amazing and created a mask personalized to my skin type with a essential oil of my choice! I tend to have very dry skin and also get blackheads around my nose. It is days later and my skin still feels so refreshed and clean! I also picked up a hydrosol and cleansing oil and I’m in love! I had a virtual consult and a facial and she really customized everything for my skin & helped me come up with a routine that will hopefully help my skin. I was struggling with skin concerns (redness, acne, rosacea) that I had never dealt with before when I went to see Lauren for the first time. The environment there puts you at ease as soon as you walk in and she started our appointment by asking me questions and getting to know me and my skin a little better. She is so knowledgeable about holistic methods to remedy your skin concerns and comes at it from a whole body approach (such as giving me suggestions about foods to increase in my diet and suggesting what she thinks could be exacerbating my skin problems in my day to day life) and truly caters the service to meet your specific needs. I love that I walked away with more knowledge and understanding of how to take care of and support my skin. The overall experience was so relaxing, I fell asleep on the table.
