Sarah Herold, LMT graduated from Ohio College of Massotherapy in 2013 with an Associates degree in Applied Science – Massotherapy. At OCM Sarah was trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Since finishing school, Sarah has continued her education in Essential Oils, Headache & Sinus Treatments, TMJ Disfunction, Thai Massage, Ashiatsu Massage, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphedema Management. Sarah has a natural heavier touch, but has the ability to feel the needs of the muscle and body tissue in order to customize each appointment to her clients needs.

If I could give more stars I would!!! Sarah is so professional and knowledgeable. The place is a little hard to find – no sign outside except a small one in the window, but you won’t regret finding the place because she is WONDERFUL. I’ve gone once and already referred someone!
