I had an appointment on Sunday, December 18th at 11am. I received several reminders about my appointment. The text message said suite #204 while their address says #300 on the site. I get there 10 minutes before my appointment not sure where to go, so I go to both suites. It’s 11:10am at this point. I call the number and speak to I would guess, the owner. She told me to wait and she would investigate. It’s 11:14am and I send a text message to her letting her know there was still no one there. I was asked to wait 20 minutes which I couldn’t since I had other appointments. It was completely devastating since I was on the road the next day for the holidays. Didn’t get my eyebrows laminated.

Clearly she did and does an excellent job because I have stuck with her ever since!I go to Pratima (Beauty Brows Salon) for:+ Eyebrow threading+ Upper lip, chin, neck threading+ Eyebrow and eyelash tinting+ Leg waxing+ Facials+ Scalp care+ Occasional trimsI am have a medium complexion with chestnut hair and darker facial hair though lots of blonde in my brows, and I’ve got really sensitive skin. Pratima does fabulous and every time I sit up after she is done, I literally don’t recognize myself after months of looking like a cavewoman. She’s magical.I once was battling pretty bad dandruff and she offered a remedy that they always used in her family—a tea tree oil treatment in their scalps. She applied the oil section-by-section with cotton and massage and not only was it so relaxing, but I kid you not, my dandruff was GONE the next day and hasn’t come back.On top of it all, Pratima is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. She’s so friendly and full of love and happiness. I’m lucky I’ve got some hairy genes so I can see her more often. I look forward to going in for her services!Beauty Brows Salon is her own business that she opened a few years ago and a testament to the work she does leading to her success and growing clientele.
