My first time here I had small Senegalese twists done like the other reviewer mentioned, and yes they do feathered ends on the Senegalese twists rather than finish the entire twist as I expected. In the end, I was pleased with the style so I didn’t complain about it. I recommend showing a picture and asking how the ends will be done in advance so that you’re not disappointed or upset. The one big thing that I think could be improved upon is price transparency. There is no price list anywhere and depending on who answers the phone or maybe even on how well business is flowing that day, you will get different pricing. It can feel like they’re just making up prices as they go, which is frustrating. I’ve learned to be specific in my requests with the size and length and to write down the price they give over the phone. Since they are less than five minutes from the hair store, I also stop in the shop a day or so before my appointment with a picture of what I want and confirm the pricing again. If when I sit in the chair, they try to change the price, I stand my ground. I also always bring exact change.
