Worst pedicure! Took my teen daughter and couldn’t believe they charged her for gel but polish looked like a kid did it. Polish was all around toes didn’t clean up sloppy work. I will never go back here again. How the heck you mess up a simple pedicure? I was extremely upset but I just want go back. I don’t do reviews but I had to so awful!

I had not gotten my nails done in 6 years. I went here because it was close to home, i had a bad day and just wanted a little pampering. The lady who did my nails was constantly yelling orders to the other techs and rushed completely through. She was super rough with the exfoliation and slapped towels and scrubbed on my arms like she was cleaning a pot with stuck on grease. Even still, she did not manage to get all of the exfoliation product off. The station looked dirty and t omake matters worse, the product smelled like feet. I am absolutely upset with the service and will never return.

I scheduled an appointment and waited almost an hour. During my pedicure, the tech cut my foot under my nail and 2 days later I’m still feeling discomfort. The lady that took my payment got upset because I refused a tip. I’ve watched how they schedule appointments. There isn’t an appointment book or schedule. You call, tell them your time and date preference, she says okay, and ends phone call. They’re literally 3 minutes from my home which is why I wanted to go. They have old brushes and needs new tools

I got a full set done Friday. It had been YEARS since I had anything done to my nails. They were too bulky and far from my cuticle area. When I went in to have them redone she only gave me excuses as to why they looked like that! What a waste of $60. I will NOT RETURN!!!’ Manicure

Very iffy when it comes to this nail salons customer service and work. Sometimes the nail techs are nice, sometimes they have a bad attitude, especially if you try to correct them if they mess something up. They are pretty good when you both have a good understanding though. I’ve dealt with Kim (always seems like she has an attitude with me, didn’t talk to me, but did a very good job with my full set), Bebe (a few nails broke two days later, but very nice and fixed the nails), and Candy (very nice, great with pedicure). Overall they just need to work on their craft a little more and some of the techs customer service skills.
