First time here. I needed someone to fix my hair from the last cut I had gotten a few months ago at a different company. Bri was amazing! Her face as she looked over my hair was priceless! She was great with communication and checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely felt she listened to my concerns and what I was going for. i’ve been going to fantastic sams since i was probably 6 and i’m now 18, they’ve always provided great service and all of them are super nice. i only have my normal stylist do my hair, brenda. brenda always does an amazing job and pulls off exactly what i ask for. i recently cut all of my hair off, i was super scared but brenda did great, she made my hair look awesome and styled it perfectly for my prom, for pin straight hair, the outcome was FANTASTIC. i 100% recommend this place for haircuts, coloring, and waxing, and especially brenda, i couldn’t ask for better haircuts, so thank you brenda and fantastic sams for the amazing service!

I had some issues here, my haircut wasn’t up to par, I noticed that doors upon entering they weren’t handicap friendly. On the bright side they had all new staff, staff was friendly and outgoing so maybe it was just the way the wind was blowing that day.

I came in for an appointment at 5:00 PM and checked in with one of the stylists. After waiting a half an hour and receiving no service I walked out at 5:30. At no point during my visit did any employee communicate with me about my appointment or explain that it would be a longer than normal wait time. I have been to this location a couple times before and had a positive experience with the staff and service. I have also worked on the other end in customer service roles and always try and be patient and understanding with wait times, because I know many places are understaffed with high demand. But I am frankly offended by how I was treated in this case and do not see myself returning to this location.

She helped repair my hair and correct the color so it was more even. Then I messed up my blonde again with toner A few days ago ♀️ She again saved the day and did a bleach bath, my roots to match, toned, did a deep conditioning repair and cut my hair.
