Lena is an amazing stylist and amazing with curls. I can depend on her to cut my daughter’s straight hair and bangs. I can also depend on her to cut my curly hair, which has been difficult to find. I gave three stars, which does not reflect the hair stylists’ abilities, but reflects how disappointed I was in Sorelle for messing up my appointment, an extremely important and necessary appointment (for me). No customer service or accountability held by Sorelle for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the great haircut Tatyana! I had a great overall experience. My hair is super thick, wavy & not the easiest to work with. To top it off I can be very picky. I was nervous…this was my first visit & I decided to chop 8-10 inches. I was calmed by the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on the staff from the women that checked me in/out, stylists, & the owner were beyond nice. I absolutely LOVE my hair !!!

Every haidresser here is awesome. Carol is my personal favorite because she gives me an exceptional cut and color each time I go. But every individual here is amazing. 5 star staff.
