Critical: Quality, ValueI was very disappointed and unhappy with my balayage color and haircut I received. I was not informed that I was rescheduled with a different stylist from who I had originally scheduled. I did not know it had changed until I arrived for my appointment. The photos I gave the stylist as inspiration/what I had in mind was nowhere near what I received. You should not have a stylist doing balayage if they do not know how to do it, I now have to have it fixed and recolored. I also did not realize or was informed that I would be charged for extra color and toner as I have shorter hair length. The haircut I got was poorly done and very, very choppy. I left the salon with damp hair since I was not asked nor did I receive a styling (example, fully drying and curling or straightening my hair). I had lunch plans after my appointment and had to scrub hair dye off my face, chin and neck because it was obviously left all over my face. I was very disappointed and unhappy with my balayage color and haircut I received. I was not informed that I was rescheduled with a different stylist from who I had originally scheduled. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueStephanie is amazing! Does a great job and always accommodates my bang trims every few weeks. Salon is clean, professional, plenty of space for distancing, and runs on-time. They also sell super cute clothing and some accessories. Love this place!Service: Hairstyling

I appreciate the care and kindness she always gives. Plus she does her level best to squeeze in clients who aren’t the best at forward booking ;-). Kaitlyn does fantastic color and cuts. She has taken me from gorgeous reds to white platinum – super cute short to lovely long layers. I appreciate the care and kindness she always gives. Critical: Quality, ValueWe were in desperate need of a spray tan and although the woman who did the tan was professional and skilled the product was although nice to look at in store when sprayed it literally didn’t stat on after 20 min of air drying and powder brushing ‍♀️And the worst part … 200$ later no positive evidence we were ever there. ‍♀️Service: Tanning
