Rude service from man at the counter who kept trying to charge me for something that was more expensive than I wanted. Techs kept chatting with each other and ignoring clients. Nails looked good but both my daughter and I have had issues with nails smudging 45 minutes after they were done even though we had them under the dryers for 20 minutes. We will definitely not be returning

I have been going to Sophy’s nails on and off for 10 years and they are the most consistent. I have been to every other nail salon in Westfield and all have lost my business over time. Mia is the best, I’ve been going to her even while I lived in Boston because I haven’t found someone who does them as good as her. Tommy will always try to get you in but make an appointment if you want a specific nail tech because they get busy sometimes. They have remained one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to over the years and are very accommodating and friendly.

Okay service. Nails came out better than Aura nails. I wish the techs focused more in the client in front of them rather than pausing so often to chat with other techs or start new clients in the middle of a session. All in all, it’s ok. Price was very reasonable.

I was very pleased with the way my pedicure was ,but I made a appointment a week in advance and we were taken 25 minutes late.. they sat us in massage chairs and ran the water but no one physically came to us for a while. I will try them again,like I said my feet felt and looked great…

So I called to make a nail appointment and the woman who answered told me they were totally booked solid for the day so I made an appointment for the next day,), I’m new to Westfield and ive never been there before I really wanted my nails done today so I called another place and was able to make my appointment I then called Sophia s back to cancel the appointment for tomorrow this time a man answered and said you just called didn’t you I said yes he said we have appointments today what time did you want to come in I said the time I previously asked for he said no problem I asked why I was told I couldn’t come in, but I’m he didn’t answer me and he kindly kept insisting I come in after I thought about it I decided no just in case the lady who told me they were busy was the one who happened to do my nails, it sounds to me she doesn’t want business and wouldn’t do a very good job on my nails i’ve never wrote a review before in my life but I wanted to share the phone call I had with you considering it was extremely odd and the man who answered when I called back was extremely eger to have my business but he didn’t explain to me why I was told there wasn’t room for any more appointments today nor did he offer the tinniest discount nor would I ask I wasn’t looking for that I was only looking to make an appointment and have a good job done on my nails so good luck to the next one and hopefully you don’t get the woman who answered the phone for me today to be the one who does your nails or answers your phone call if you make an appointment today

The lady didn’t clean my brows or used any type of sanitation what so ever (Im a cosmetologist so I know what to expect). Thought I would give them a try but never coming here again.
