Only because the stylist that cut my hair did it her way even after I showed her a picture of myself as I wanted it to be. Disappointed yes but that was just one person nothing else.

Took my 6 year old to get his haircut done, and the woman they told me was gonna cut his hair ended up not being a person that even works there. He got a different woman of asian heritage who ended up cutting off way more than we wanted, then couldn’t fix his bang area because she doesn’t know how , and said if she cuts more it’ll make him look funny, even though it was already lopsided. Definitely wouldn’t recommend certain individuals here.

I have had my hair done there 3-4 times . The last time I had my hair colored , I received the worst hair coloring I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve had my hair done. I usually never say anything but I thought I would let people know because it’s not cheap to get your hair colored and every day I look in the mirror and see what a mess I just get upset .
