I didn’t really know what I wanted or what would look good, I trusted her opinion and the end result was a fantastic cut that removed the majority of my damaged hair and really suited my face.She also recommended some great products, which I was able to purchase right then and there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAs a former cosmetologist and having owned my own business I tend to be quite particular. After years of being out of the business it has been a challenge to find someone that effectively listens and whom I trust. I have been to several salons in this area and found the lack of professionalism to be somewhat of a saddening reflection of the industry.I took a chance at Sophisticut and booked with Elsie.I found Elsie to demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism. She was personable and genuine.It was refreshing. She effectively listened to my needs and achieved the desired look I wanted. Her foiling technique was on point! As a former cosmetologist and having owned my own business I tend to be quite particular. After years of being out of the business it has been a challenge to find someone that effectively listens and whom I trust. I have been to several salons in this area and found the lack of professionalism to be somewhat of a saddening reflection of the industry.

Critical: Qualityif there was a 0 rating option i would click that, they gave my friend highlights and they came out orange. they didn’t take out all the previous dye in my friends hair. she asked for purple steaks and they didn’t put an ounce of purple dye in her hair and 3 different workers worked on my friends hair. One of them wasn’t even a hair stylist. all of that for 210 dollars. I highly recommend skipping out on this place if you were thinking about coming here to get your hair done.
