terrible experience. asked for light brown and she gave me bright orange instead. does that make sense? also got out a silk press… not the best. extremely disappointed. should honestly get a refund, did not get what I wanted at all. she offered to put a dark brown over the orange but my ride had arrived by then. doubt the color would have come out good anyways. she never called after that. nice person but do not come here for color, she doesn’t know how to do it.
