Braids were done in 3.5 hours. Oluwakemi was my braider she was very sweet and made friendly conversation. She had Netflix. The shop is clean. The main thing that impressed me was her speed and the fact that my head doesn’t hurt. Normally braids hurt for like 2 or 3 days but I was able to sleep last night and even put my hair in a ponytail. That’s impressive. Thanks and I will return!!!

My daughter received braiding service from this shop and the workmanship is excellent. Not only that, but the customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long while. The shop owner was polite and provided examples of her work so we could make an informed decision. She scheduled our appointment around our schedule and kept us updated with a minor change. Today I found my new one and only new hair stylist Kemmy. She’s so Amazing!!! Her personality and service is definitely felt. She makes you feel like family instead of a customer. Prices are also very reasonable.

So in the area I called around about 5 different braiding locations. None of them had any good customer service like kimmy. She made me feel confident on making sure she can do the hair style that I wanted. She knows how to manage her time and got my hair finish in the allotted time she gave me. In the shop we had great conversations and she cared about how you feel by asking the right question to make sure you are ok, and doing this frequently. Also i like that fact that she didn’t braid too tight, some people braid so tight you can see bumps i your scalp . I appreciate the hospitality and good customer service and I can see her shop growing to the next level in the future
