Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueTypically Sophie’s is great but today we walked out with awful nails. We asked for white nails with two stars on the ring and middle finger(we even gave a photo for reference). The stars were completely dis formed and she picked a random sparkly color to fill the star with. She got charged $25 which was completely unreasonable and when I said something the woman responded with, “we are not good at designs.” I completely understand that but I think that it would have been reasonable for her to let us know she would not be able to complete the request. Typically Sophie’s is great but today we walked out with awful nails. We asked for white nails with two stars on the ring and middle finger(we even gave a photo for reference). The stars were completely dis formed and she picked a random sparkly color to fill the star with. She got charged $25 which was completely unreasonable and when I said something the woman responded with, “we are not good at designs.” I completely understand that but I think that it would have been reasonable for her to let us know she would not be able to complete the request. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame here with my mom for gel manicures. I loved the decor as it was updated, clean and bright. The lady that did my nails was sweet but it all went down from there. The fire marshal came in to check if they hung their fire extinguishers, they didn’t even acknowledge him. He went to the back and he said it hadn’t been hung from five months ago. He asked if someone would come with him so he could remind them where to do it and they just ignored him! Ladies would come in inquiring about availability and no one would acknowledge them either 🙁 When my mom and I left, she noticed they didn’t even put a top coat on one of her hands! The gel products are cheap as the next day my nails were already chipping, gel typically lasts for weeks. It was over priced for the product and I just can’t believe how horrible the customer service was. Came here with my mom for gel manicures. I loved the decor as it was updated, clean and bright. The lady that did my nails was sweet but it all went down from there.
