This is the same experience I have every place I have gone to, especially post covid:they do not do a simple manicure and pedicure properly. I did not even receive a simple manicure. All that was done was clipping dry nails and not properly shaping them with a file. I even received a cut because the individual did not file correctly! 20$ for that. I could go on, but I won’t. Good things were: the people weren’t nasty. Suffice to say, I will not be returning.

It has been quite some time since I’ve gotten a Mani & Pedi! I went to Sophie’s and had the best Mango Pedicure EVER. Jack did an amazing job with my Manicure. I am very picky to say the least! However, I am a very Happy and Pleasantly Satisfied Customer. I most definitely will be back and will be sure to recommend coming to Sophie’s!

Options and Hours! Love that these guys are open on Sunday, and have super cool options! Almost every trend you can think of. I wanted a service that ended up being a little expensive (for me, not everyone), but still, very cool. The shape of my nails came out a little thicker than intended, and there were a few little imperfections in the polish I feel could have been avoided with slightly more care. But overall, GREAT service and availability. She listened, and did her best to deliver. I was able to walk in 5 min late for my appointment, and get a pedicure right then. No waiting. Can’t ask for more on a Sunday!

Everybody here is wonderful! This place is the best priced around and also the best quality. I regularly get gel manicures here and they are cheaper than other places and last a week longer than anywhere else! I love this place and will continue to go here and recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the only place I will go to. They are clean. Priced EXTREMELY fairly. Know what I want every time I go in even if I was out of state for months. Pedicures have a great massage… I’ve never been more pleased with a nail salon. I’ve been going here for years and they are continuously improving. Also, they have wifi. Which is a nice plus because they didn’t have great service in some of the salon previously. Even when they are busy, I’ve never waited long. I’ve tried almost every type of service they offer and have never been disappointed.

Everyone here has been quite friendly with me, and the atmosphere is nice. Jack is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Would give this place a 5 star except I always get acrylics/fill in and i’m always disappointed in the shaping job. The gel polish always last and i’ve never had an issue with them coming off if it wasn’t a month in.

As you all know it’s very difficult to find a great nail salon . Sophie and her crew do a phenomenal job! Everything from top notch cleanliness, to friendliest hospitality, atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. Hands down you are getting the most value for your dollar by far! Also, they give 10 minute foot/leg massage included with every pedicure and the best sea salt scrub I’ve ever had 🙂
