Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI would of not given any stars but had to rate my experience to leave this message. I came in with long nails to get a fill. The lady asked me if I wanted my nails shorter. I told the lady that works there 3 times that I only wanted my nails just slightly shorter not much taken off. She cuts my nails with clippers then takes the rotating file machine and takes more off. After she did one hand I told her my nails are way to short and then she told me if I only wanted a little cut off I should of told her to file my nails only and not use the nail clippers I told her I do not know your lingo and I told you three times I wanted my nails slightly shorter than what they were. She then told me she can take my nails off and give me new nail tips, I told her I would not pay fir that considering she was the one that caused this issue. She then said if I wasn’t happy I could go else so I did. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. NEVER AGAIN. I would of not given any stars but had to rate my experience to leave this message. I came in with long nails to get a fill. The lady asked me if I wanted my nails shorter. I told the lady that works there 3 times that I only wanted my nails just slightly shorter not much taken off. She cuts my nails with clippers then takes the rotating file machine and takes more off. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy nails looked beautiful everytime here. I have gone to same guy up front each time. Hes funny, kind, fast, clean and talented. The price is average they dont over charge here either. I love them.Services: Nail art, Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, Qualityquite underwhelming. I went in for a pedicure. They overflowed the bowl, then on the second attempt decided the chair was broken. They moved me to a new chair and started my pedicure over. The very next customer was sat in the broken chair and eventually had to be moved to a working chair. The nail polish was chunky. After painting one foot with the chunky polish, they thinned it out too much so the end result was mismatched polish. quite underwhelming. I went in for a pedicure. They overflowed the bowl, then on the second attempt decided the chair was broken. They moved me to a new chair and started my pedicure over.
