Even though we had an appointment we had to wait an hour for service. One lady started my nails but then I was told that I should wait for Sara to complete them. We were there for 3 hours in total for just SNS manicures. This place also charges $10-15 more than the place I usually get my nails done. I am happy with the final product but I would not come back here again.

Called ahead and when I got there, still waited almost an hour just to never be seen. There was only one person in the process of getting a pedicure. No one spoke to me at all. Not very friendly. I finally got up and left. First and only time coming to this place!
