Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was made fun of when I walked in and asked for fill in for my natural nails. She cut me with the file because she was picking on my nail length rather than working on them and then started petting my hand. My fingers started burning while the technician was applying dip powder with the acetone. The nails are bumpy and have no shape. At one point I had to ask her to apply more powder because she had missed two huge spots on the sides of my nails. I went in very hopeful, and I tried to be patient, but When I asked for the color the girl before me had gotten and I was told no, I was so frustrated I wanted to walk out. I used to love this salon. Not sure what happened, but I feel like I wasted a lot of money to have my natural nails ruined and be made fun of.I was made fun of when I walked in and asked for fill in for my natural nails. Because of the reviews,im not going there. I may not know what they are saying but their words will soon be a wake up call. If they want to be rude to the Americans then why open up a business? Sometimes people can be rude but we just want it done our way when we are paying

Used them for four years. They put a fake nail on my toe due to a surgery on my toenail making it look different. It had been on for four months and I wanted it taken off. They refused and told me I was rude hand no one liked me in their shop and no one wanted to do my nails because of my bad attitude because I didn’t trust them. They were mean to me and made me cry and I’m a strong person. My whole toenail came off when it was removed. I will never go back there but I’m really sad about it because I have tipped them well for these four years and I thought they loved me as much as I loved them.

My grandson and granddaughter both went for a treat mani/pedi. Granddaughter did good. Grandson not treated the same because he’s a Male!!! He waited on manicure chair for nails to be done. We left angry because women are pampered it men ignored. This was his special day and it was ruined. Pedicure, Manicure, Foot massages

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis experience was AWFUL! I went to this salon in hopes of getting French nails in dip powder. I had dip powder already on my nails and needed to soak them off. The slender older lady that sat me down was very aggressive with the nail drill and impatient with soaking my nails. She didn’t understand that I had a clear base and that all of it wasn’t off. She wanted to drill my nail more and when I pulled my hands back and told her “no, I want to soak them” she grabbed my hands back and said “yes”. I pulled my hands back and said “no, I’m not ruining my nails”. She got mad and stormed off and brought back two bowls to soak my nails. She went away and played on her phone while I sat there. The lady beside me told me I could sit with her and it was then that she told me they didn’t have white pigmented dip powder. I paid for my nails to be soaked off then went to Perfect Nails out by the bowling alley and the older gentleman there did a wonderful job. This experience was AWFUL! My family was taken there for a treat. My grandma wanted nails put on. All that was done was cut, filed and grinded down and polished over her own nails. My mother had a pedi done which she enjoyed. The lady was told to cut the nails real short which she didn’t. Now she has longer toenails than her finger nails. They will never go back there. Employees talking in their language the whole time and also busy talking and video chatting while with customers.

I wish zero stars was an option. Don’t waste your time or money here. The lady did awful on my acrylics and then went on to tell me it’s the way my nails grow that made them crooked. She put on tips and one side of my nails was curved and the other side was straight and she was telling me the way my nails were growing made it that way. She put the tips on and cut the sides unevenly. My nails had nothing to do with that. When I asked her to fix what she did wrong she got rude.

Love love love! My pedicure I mean he did such a good job had me drooling. My toes look, feel and smell amazing. But my nails is a different story they are uneven. They don’t match have dents in them. And a day shy of a week look like I need to get a feel in. Only reason for 3 stars cause of my pedicure.
