Bad experience never coming back! They got a bit upset because we arrived and hour before they Close and we wanted acrylic and pedicure. They were so rough and they were rushing to finish. My fingers hurt so bad. This is by far the worse experience ever!!! Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Terrible service I went for the first time to have a retreat and make another set, they did the retreat using a product that generated allergies in my hands. It had never happened to me before then when I did the pedicure the water they only apply a kind of foam and nothing else and the attention of the young man who works there very rude I asked him for a nude color design which I did not know and when I applied I leave some terrible nails when I tell him that it is not what I ordered rudely I know and he leaves me sitting there until another person comes to see what happened I do not recommend this place at all. 0 professionalism, kindness and everything

The person who did my mani/pedi did an awesome job but someone else gaslight me on the final price. I came in and sat down with one lady saying yes to me saying “40 for EVERYTHING” and I said I would return. To me that’s an agreement to a price. If she had no power to adjust the price, why did she do so? I am disabled and suffer from chronic severe pain and have begun needing help maintain my nails. I was in the market for a regular shop for this, but unfortunately I will continue my search. I feel cheated by this salon.

The people here are very rude and racist I called on the phone and spoke Spanish to the lady she was very nice she gave me some wrong information but nice I walked in 10 minutes later (I’m mixed but I look black) nobody greeted me at the door I walked all the way through the salon to the back where the bathrooms were nobody asked me if I needed any help or if I wanted to sit down and then once I set myself down somebody came and spoke to me 15 minutes later and still the service was horrible it wasn’t even busy there was literally two customers in there and there was four or five technicians one being the owner which was on the phone the whole time I would not recommend this to anybody it’s sad to say that the Chinese are friendlier which is mind-blowing oh and also they don’t know how to do anything fancy just stickers as nail designs

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a pedicure done 4 days ago. The girl hurt me pretty bad that I bleed. She add a weird powder and I ask what is that she said to me “is to stop the bleeding” , I didn’t think Nothing it’s wrong and went on with my sore toe. 2 days later had to end it up going to the ER to removed partial of my toe nail, the same toe where she hurt me. I told my friend bout this place and they had mention the same exactly thing happened to them n their friends.
