Awful. I went a few months ago and I still can’t get over how awful their attitudes were to me- a paying customer!!! So disappointing. I asked two simple questions because we’ll I’m not a nail tech! And I got the nastiest attitude after that. She switched me to another tech who must of caught her attitude because he was awful as well. I was SUPER upset and obviously it still bothers me. Unprofessional young kids who work there. Not a nice place that I will ever go back to. And the prices they don’t tell you about and sneak in once you go to pay is unreal.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueCalled for same day appt for two of us which they could do and we asked price of manicure and they said $12. Before they did polish they say $20. Could have gone to any number of nail places for much less for a basic manicure. Didn’t use cuticle cream or oil. Took about 20 mins. Nail edges were rough after filing. Girl kept pulling my hands closer to her side of the table so she could see her phone. We do manicures regularly and this was the worst. I recommend this place all the time to my friends and family. I have been going here since they opened, VERY CLEAN and they do a great job every time. Got annoyed a few times because I would make an appointment and they would never take me on time, but they have gotten a lot better now. My nails always look fabulous and the gel manicure lasts me 3 weeks! It’s a great feeling knowing that you will leave a nail salon with perfect looking nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jessica, Linda, and Jason are fantastic along with the rest of the staff.
