Sophia was recommended highly by my Mother’s Friend….First visit, Mom brought pictures for Sophia to see…she did a fantastic job on Mom’s hair..precision cut..Mom was so pleased..I am her daughter and go with her to every appointment ..second time we went to see Sophia, she wasn’t in good mood..very different from first haircut..my Mom is a Senior and she mentioned a few details that didn’t go well with hairdresser…older reviews say how wonderful she is, so patient…great haircuts, etc..the third time Mom and I went in, we were two minutes early and she was so rude, telling us next time to message her that she might be with a client , we were always her 1st appointment..lol..I have no tolerance to anyone who treats an elderly Senior like Sophia did!!..Sophia cut the back of her head so short you could see her scalp..it’s been 5 weeks and you can still see her scalp..Mom called to change her last appointment..Sophia canceled her appointment and called. Left a message that she was very busy and would call back..not a word..Please be more patient with Seniors..and please to leave your moodiness at home…Kindness is everything!
