I always go here for my pampering but today when I went I had Jenna for the first time. I always talk to her she’s sweet but today she did my nails and she is nothing short of amazing. I showed her a pic of what i wanted and she gave me exactly what i asked for! The 30+ minute wait was worth the end result. I asked for the glitter orange I picked out with an accent – Halloween themed. They turned out really well. It just sucks, that shortly after starting she got up and disappeared for 10 minutes. I was there for a total 1.5 hours to get an acrylic set.

I moved to NY from CA about 3 years ago, and Sophia Nguyen was recommended to me by a family friend who has been coming here for years. I have not gone to any other place since moving here, and have never left disappointed. I highly recommend to anyone I know to go here. I see Lee but EVERYONE does an amazing job and is super nice. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS!!!!! Absolutely horrible! Extremely rude service, place is extremely DIRTY, never cleaned any tools…that is a nail infection waiting to happen. Waiting 45 min plus and they couldn’t even do my nails. Can’t do a simple design. Will never recommend this salon! Very expensive service for a horrible nail job that I now need to get fixed somewhere else. Nail tech purposely went slow because I said I had to be somewhere at a specific time making me late on purpose. I can not express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with your business. This business should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely amazing place I’ve been going for years. The owners are great people who get to know you by name. I’ve had my eyes micro bladed there, lip coloring done, and always get my nails and eyelash extensions done there because you can’t beat the high quality for a great price. I wanted to send a private message or an email to the salon but couldn’t find where to do that. I had a gel manicure done almost 3 months ago. The girl who did the mani , Lee, paid attention to everything else but what she was supposed to be doing. She answered the phone several times, talked to workers. She stood up looking around while she had my hand up in the air as she was doing something that was supposed to be a massage. She pulled on my thumb so hard while it was in that awkward position it still hurts. She slapped some lotion on the other hand and that was my massage. Not surprised my gel polish started to chip 7 days later and i took very good care of them. The chipped nails arent even the issue any more. Its the pain i still have in that area. Even on the days you are super busy each customer deserves to get the service and attention they paid for not a rush job to get the next one in. Thats how accidents happen and people get hurt. This place seems to have become a money grab. Higher prices, less service.
