Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe services that were rendered, were spa pedicure, removal of gel/acrylic, and manicure. The older woman who gave me the spa pedicure did an amazing job. However, when it came to the removal of the gel/acrylic on my nails, I received terrible service from the man that sits in the back left corner. It took him nearly an hour and a half to remove the gel and acrylic (I thought, like my previous nail salon in Alexandria, they would soak my nails with cotton balls and aluminum foil, but instead he used the nail drill to remove the acrylic and gel). Once finished, he then started cleaning the dead skin around my nails and nicked me and I bled. Furthermore, when came time for the manicure portion (Or the massage part), he rubbed lotion on my hands and that was it. Now, a week later, my nails hurt, and I have coagulated blood under most of my nails. Very upsetting experience! The services that were rendered, were spa pedicure, removal of gel/acrylic, and manicure. The older woman who gave me the spa pedicure did an amazing job. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI usually get pedicures in chesterfield closer to home, but had to be in the area while my daughter was at a long sports practice so popped in. Such a wonderful experience – I was asked my name and chatted with Sophia and a gentleman (I’m sorry I forgot his name, he was so great!) and they used my name in conversation multiple times. Felt like meeting new friends. Pedicure was thorough and detailed. I usually get pedicures in chesterfield closer to home, but had to be in the area while my daughter was at a long sports practice so popped in. Such a wonderful experience – I was asked my name and chatted with Sophia and a gentleman (I’m sorry I forgot his name, he was so great!) and they used my name in conversation multiple times. Felt like meeting new friends. Pedicure was thorough and detailed. Just a really great experience overall – I will time my next visit for another sports day as it was absolutely worth it!

Critical: QualityI was looking forward to a nice, relaxing pedicure for my tired nurse feet after a bad day. Instead, I was rushed along by the man who works here in a 20 minute pedicure that was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. He acted like he was completely inconvenienced. He took my forehead temperature and instructed me to wash my hands but he coughed and was sniffling the entire pedicure. Maybe I should have taken his temperature? He didn’t say two words to me. He didn’t stop when I winced and made noises clearly indicating what he was doing was painful. The exfoliating leg massage lasted about 10 seconds each leg and he scraped my feet in a very rough manner. I want to cry at how disappointing this service was. It cost $31 for the fastest pedicure and I didn’t enjoy one second of it. I could not wait to get out of there. If you go here, do yourself a favor and don’t let the man work on you. I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing pedicure for my tired nurse feet after a bad day. Instead, I was rushed along by the man who works here in a 20 minute pedicure that was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. He acted like he was completely inconvenienced.
