Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went and got my nails done here for the first time because my friend got them done here and I liked how it turned out on them and let me just say- it was soooo worth it!! The price was a lil bit higher than what I’m used to, but u pay for what you get ig because my nails turned out flawless :)) also! I went and got my nails done here for the first time because my friend got them done here and I liked how it turned out on them and let me just say- it was soooo worth it!! The price was a lil bit higher than what I’m used to, but u pay for what you get ig because my nails turned out flawless :)) also! Went there this morning and received superb customer service ! My first time getting my nails done at a salon since I normally do mine at home, but the results are fabulous ! Asked for a french style, was executed perfectly and didn’t have to wait too long! I love the environment and took a picture 😀 Will definitely be visiting again. Five start!!

This review is mostly important for those who make appointments and have limited time&& who want a quality manicure : i made a 12:30 appt, wasn’t seen until 12:45 and during the session, the woman doing my nails Stopped to take the Phone and book another appointment because no one was at the desk. Usually I’m pretty relaxed and none of this is a big deal but I knew I was short on time and just wanted a quick manicure.

I had to come here because I had a gift certificate. Its been a long time since I’ve had a pedicure and I’m currently very pregnant. I was sooo looking forward to the foot and leg massage. First of all she dug into my toe nails so hard, it was very painful. She barely exfoliate my feet at all, like didn’t even attempt to scrub my feet, and the massage was a complete joke, I barely felt it! Disappointed does not even come close to how I feel 🙁

The gel manicure I got a week ago already chipped. What a waste of money. I get gel manicures all the time elsewhere, decided to try this place on a whim when my regular place was booked. I’m used to gel manicures lasting 2 weeks, sometimes three. Such a disappointment. I will not be coming back.

The WORST service in a nail spa salon. The woman was not friendly from the moment I walked to the spa chair. She rushed through the entire time. Didn’t massage the lotion into the hands, feet or legs. After I was placed under the dryer, she never came back to take the toe dividers off my toes, and to take off the plastic bag they place on your heels to soften the back of the foot. When I stood up to leave after drying my nails, I almost slipped and fell on the plastic bag. She was inattentive and over all seemed very miserable the whole time. Even after I gave her a tip she never even said thank you. Please don’t waste your time or money here. NOT A RELAXING EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!!

Absolutely the worst manicure ever. Woman did completely opposite to what I asked. I went in with nice long nails wanting a manicure for a special occasion and ended with short, uneven nails. Absolutely horrible.
