I’ve been coming here for quite sometime now. This is definitely a hidden gem. I’ve been to many many nail salons over the years and none top here. From the unbeatable prices, to the hospitality, to the exceptional service and great energy. Let’s just say they understand the assignment. Tracy is my nail tech but Dilan is also just as good and when it comes to my pedicures Sophia is phenomenal. I highly recommend. You can thank me later.

I’m new to the area and stopped in here based on the reviews. They were very busy. Came in 7/2 around 10:30, they asked if I could come back at 11:15, no problem. I came back at 11:15, sat there for a little bit and then was called back. I asked for a pedicure and a gel fill. We were off to a good start, My pedicure was great! The lady did an awesome job! After that though, once I moved over to Dilan’s table for my nails is where everything went down hill. My nails were longer and when we started, she asked if I wanted them trimmed down. I told her, yes, just a bit. She cut one of my nails to the length desired and proceeded to shave down the rest. They only nail that was the exact length I wanted to keep was the first nail, all the rest are shorter…. Why wouldn’t you make sure you’re cutting them the correct length by comparing them..?? Then she decides to start shaving down one of my nails randomly, which she cut waaaaaayy down. Dilan then fixed it by stacking the acrylic and forming a nail again. At this point I’m beyond annoyed. As it’s drying she continues working and ends up slicing my finger tip open with the manual nail buffer. It was an awful nail experience. My nails are now like chiclets, except for the one. I will not be back.

First of all, Sophia does the best pedicures ever! Not only does she clean your feet really good but she gives the best massages ever. I also love to get dip nails and Mandy does an amazing job they’re beautiful! Great place & great people. ❤️

Her attention to detail and ability to look at something and replicate it is astounding. On top of this, she is so sweet and really cares about her work. I didn’t feel rushed even though I got there 20 minutes before they closed and did not have an appointment. She really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome offering me a drink twice and being so accommodating when I explained what I wanted. On top of all this, the salon is very clean and well organized, the prices are VERY good, and everyone else working there was friendly and nice too. I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I have really enjoyed the services but my last visit was not so pleasant I had a appointment at 10 am and got there a little early when I came in I told them I had a appointment with bill for a pedicure bill was sitting at his table in the back doing nothing and they made me sit there and wait 30 minutes while bill just set there doing nothing. I waited because bill does a fantastic job every time I come in for a pedicure after my pedicure I had a appointment with Tracy to do my nails she was rushing and cut the top of my finger and blood went every where she then out some type of chemical lol n it and it started burning and I voiced it was burning and that it hurt she just kept saying it be alright. She charged me full price $55 and now I have a infected finger. I just feel this time the customer we services were not handled professionally Zero Customer Service have been coming for 3 years and will never go back!!!!

Sophia Nails and Spa is absolutely amazing! I have gone to other places since moving to the area and have not been impressed… until i went to Sophia’s, it was like no other! I will most definitely be back time and time again! I have not one bad thing to say about my experience. The time and attention to detail was just so greatly appreciated on my nails and pedicure.
