My mother took me here as a Valentine’s gift to get my nails done she also had a pedicure while I’m there. The experience was not necessarily bad as the people who worked there were very sweet, however, my nails did not come out good at all. Regular fingernail polish and gel does not stay on my nails so I either get dip or acrylic, so I had dip nails done in black.

My first time here was yesterday, I felt valued and cared for here. I was helped immediately, they listened, I got some custom nails, to match my mans favorite football team. They were so nice and helpful. I love the arm/hand massage at the end!!! They worked as a team, and helped multiple customers at once, (which was so much better than my last salon, who rushed and didn’t do it nicely, to get to the next customer)

It’s always an awesome experience getting my nails done. I always take my daughters with me and today I also brought my friend. Sophia and her family treat you like a queen. They are very attentive and very grateful to their customers. I love their cozy spa with massage chairs, big screen tv and free refreshments and fruits to keep us feeling loved and happy during our stay. I recommend Sophia Spa to anyone.

Went on 12 April 18 to get a pedicure. I left with a hurt toe that hasn’t healed in a week. The girl that did my pedicure did it once before and even then she kept nicking my cuticles. However this time she took a big chunk of my skin. I went in 4 days later to show the owner my toe. The girl who did my pedicure was very apologetic and offered me a refund. The owner asked if I used neosporin, said it would heal soon, and offered a free pedicure next time I come. I told her it wouldn’t be a next time. Hope my toe heals soon and I don’t end up with an infected toe. Giving 2 stars only because out of the three times I’ve been there, once was a good experience. First picture is from day after and second picture is from a week later (19 April). My toe hurts and bothers me all day in shoes.

I called and had no issues setting an appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly, and very very detailed. I was promptly offered a beverage and escorted to my seat. Complimentary massage that come with pedicure and manicure are absolutely perfect. So relaxing, the perfect amount of pressure. I will definitely continue using this Salon as my regular spot.
