I was their long time client, however, will not go there anymore. About two weeks ago i wentvfor a manicure. The place was empty, i was the third customer (and there were three workers). One of the girls started filing my nails when another customer came in. I was told i had to wait because they would need to take care of that other customer. There were no apologies, no offer of discount or another incentive, and they were laughing in my face when i said i don’t understand what’s going on. Rude and unprofessional.

This place is going under New Management! Wow Color Gel & Reg Pedicure is only $40.00. Sophia Nails also have other promotional deals. The Staffs are very friendly and professional! It is worth a try.

I never EVER write bad reviews being that we own businesses but I have to write this! I went to this place 2 weeks ago and got my nails done and had a great experience, so I decided to go back. WELL That was a big MISTAKE! I walk in at 615, they don’t close till 7. I ask the woman (I don’t know her name, she is the older one in the front) if she can take my nails off and just do a manicure and she says “yes we have time” the younger Hispanic one starts mumbling in Spanish! I speak fluent Spanish and can understand EVERYTHING SHE IS SAYING ABOUT ME! I tried to remain calm as she is telling the other one that Bc of me she is going to be late and is tired of this. They both start helping which is fine. Then she has the audacity to start aggressively filing my nails, throwing around the machines and nail polished and saying in Spanish “how I have big balls”. After this aggresive display toward me and talking bad about me went on for 15 mins I got up took $20 out of my bag placed it on the table and walked out!
