Highly disappointed at the quality of work & lack of attention. The owner seems to have a good concept but my experience was definitely not worth coming back. Had one tech taking off my polish & didn’t pay attention to my purse, all the acrylic residue fell all over it. While I’m sitting during my pedicure someone else proceeds to place the soak off on my lap without anything under it, it seems it was too full & spilled all over my dress leaving a huge stain. The tech doing my pedicure did horrible polishing my toes & then when doing my manicure cuts my skin on my ring finger. & left my skin with residue of the acrylic. Just no, if you are looking for a high end quality experience this isn’t the place.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst everything was rushed from the time I sat down in the chair they were two people one person doing my feet another person doing my hands. The girl doing my hands was actually getting me dirty with the acrylic she was taking off my nails. My nails was Filed unevenly , Not to mention wasn’t painted right I ask for a design the third person they had couldn’t execute the design I picked out in their logbook they were very unprofessional and seem to only be worried about the money instead of offering a good service not to mention for the price it was unacceptable and whoever the guy is behind the Dess is also a very pushy and rude person hi also did not understand if they couldn’t execute the design then why have the man waste his time. 45 and 35 min wasn’t worth it and now my nails are cracking. I’ve been going to the same place for three years and I decided to try this place last minute and I regret every bit of it I would never recommend this place to anyone my opinion and needs to be close down the people they are unprofessional and they really don’t know how to do nails… This was a waste of my money and my time it was the day before New Year’s. Great service, excellent customer service as well! 5 stars all around! I went in this morning with broken damaged nails (Old set that I attempted to remove/soak off myself ). However, John was able to accommodate me with a soak off w/ gel mani despite it being a busy Saturday morning in which I did not have an appointment. Very professional, I look forward to returning! Thanks again!

This place is so reliable and professional. When you make an appt with them, they honor it and do not allow walk ins to interfere with it. Also, the staff as well as the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I have made manicure, pedicure appts with Clara, Karen, and Danny. They were all excellent. I always have a great experience.

Love this place! Everyone is talented and professional. Services are quick and convenient. I’ve only ever gotten gel manicures and regular pedicures but all services last very well. John, the owner, is super accommodating! Cannot go wrong at Sophia Nails!

Danny was awesome! He did a great job on my nails and toes. The salon is very well cared for and clean. They have a good selection of polish and actually took the appointments as scheduled. I like this nail salon VERY much. The only negative is that this salon is not competitively priced. Whenever I visit this salon I end up spending $15 more than others in my area and receive for fewer services (At a comparable quality salon I can receive the same services: Gel Fill & Gel Polish with a Gel Pedicure & calluses removal for $83 vs the $98 here with a regular polish and calluses removal pedicure). I do like the salon and quality of work, but it certainly adds up. So, why do I come here if it’s more expensive? For me, I think it’s more about supporting an owner who cares about his business and his customers. I feel valued and respected here, and as long as I can afford the services, I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs. I highly recommend this salon and appreciate the excellent service they provide.
